OUR SCHEDULE IS FULL FOR THE NEXT YEAR!

For decades we have been building vans for clients all over Australia. Most vans are still in service decades after we have built them.

Van Budget:

• You can supply your own van to us for modifications. 
• Currently we have in place a fleet purchasing account with Mercedes Benz. We can supply yo to you a brand new Mercedes Benz Sprinter CDI514 with full warranty from Mercedes Benz (Currently 5 Years)

FIT OUT :

Window Fitting:

• We fit windows custom built windows built to your specifications.
• The basic fit out includes a 2m x 1m aluminium window with radius corners, mill finish or powder coated, with 5mm safety vehicle glass.
• The serving window is rear slider (Other sliding configurations can be quoted)
• Engineering Certificate for the windows modifications can be provided at additional cost.

Plumbing:

• Water tanks fitted undercarriage. Fresh Water 70L and Waste Water 70L can be in either plastic or custom built stainless steel.
• We can do a full plumbing fit out which would include water tanks, water hoses, water pump, custom made stainless steel sinks, hot/cold tap mixing. Complete with pressurised water pump.

Electrical Works:

• Complete electrical fit out with switchboard fitted with safety circuit breakers
• External power source selector switch.
• Internal light fitted
• Power points located throughout the van

Rear Bench for your equipment:

• The construction includes a sturdy metal frame to hold your ice cream machine or any other equipment you wish to place on to it.
• The bench top will be constructed of 20mm waterproof plywood wrapped in stainless steel to the topside.

Wall Panelling, Roof Lining & Flooring:

• Walls will be panelled up with materials meeting Council Health Requirements.
• All wall areas will be covered.
• Ceiling will be lined with material meeting Council Health Requirements.
• Floor board will be laid throughout the floor of your van.
• Floor will be covered with heavy duty Lino to last a lifetime.
• Partition between the driving compartment that can be closed off with a sliding door (Health Requirement with most Councils)

Cabinet fitting:

• Custom build cabinets to fit to all  available floor area.
• Wheel arches will be hidden inside. cabinets.
• Overhead cabinets will be built to fit in front and rear of the van serving and prep area.

Spray Painting (Optional):

• We spray paint your van to a maximum of two colours if required. 
• If you supply your own van and there are minor dents they can be fixed at no extra cost
• Major dents can be fixed (we will quote accordingly)
