PRODUCT FEATURES




Offer all the popular soft serve variations from low or non- fat ice creams to custards, yogurt and sorbet. Serve one soft serve flavor.

1. Mix Hopper
- One, 15 Litres. Simplified air tube delivers the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinders, and reduces operator parts. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains a mix below 41°F (5°C) during Auto and Standby modes.

2. Freezing Cylinder
- One, 2.1 Litres

3. Indicator Lights
- Mix Low light alerts operator to add mix. The audible alarm may be enabled to sound when the mix is low. When the Mix Out light flashes, the machine shuts down automatically to prevent damage.

4. Standby
- During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.

5. Air Cooled
- Minimum 30cm on both sides and place the back of the unit against a wall to prevent recirculation of warm air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.

6. Door Interlock System
S- Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
